This command creates a new network, which is a copy of the currently selected network.  The new network is given the name "New network xx", where xx is the sequential number of the network.  You can rename the network to a more appropriate name by using the Networks | Rename command.

If, before the command is selected, the Optimum (analysed) network is in view, the the network facilities of the new network which match the optimised facilities of the network being copied.  Otherwise, the new network's link facilities will match the source network's facilities before the optimisation took place.
