Who is CC-Excel for?

CC-Excel is designed to be used by administrators and managers of inbound call centres wishing to model and analyse their call centres using Microsoft Excel workbooks. CC-Excel becomes integrated with Microsoft Excel, so some knowledge of Excel is obviously required. However, using CC-Excel's functions is no different from using any of Microsoft Excel's built in functions. The workbooks created can be as simple or as complicated as you have the time and imagination to develop!
