Introduction

This free Configuration Wizard will provide you with a link that will automatically download the best configuration for your SPA8000 8 port SIP adapter.   To use the wizard, you will need to know the local IP address of your adapter; your Bill My Calls account number and your Bill My Calls password.

On the next page, you will see special link.  When you click on the link, your adapter will download a new configuration from our system.

Please note the following:

  • Your gateway must be switched on, and its web interface must be reachable from your computer.
  • If your adapter has been locked by another provider, this wizard will not unlock it.
  • This wizard will not lock your gateway or change its passwords.
  • The Line IDs will be set to "1" and "2" to ensure compatibility with our billing systems.
  • We recommend that you use this wizard, but manual settings are also available.
