Once your devices are registered on our system, we will need some
information from you concerning your VoIP carrier. We use this information to set up
a new route on our VoIP switch and set up the routing on your account. Please send
this information to us in an email to support@billmycalls.com. The information we need depends on
whether your carrier uses H.323 or SIP.SIP carriers
Please send us the following information:
- Your Bill My Calls account number
- The name of the carrier
- The IP address or DNS name of your carrier's SIP server
- The authentication ID or user name of your account
- The password of your account
- If the carrier authenticates your account by fixed IP address, the technical prefix
assigned to your account
- The required dialling pattern (eg. "00 + country + number" or "country +
number")
H.323 carriers
Please send us the following information:
- Your Bill My Calls account number
- The name of the carrier
- Whether the carrier uses a gatekeeper or gateway
- The IP address of the your carrier's service
- Whether an E.164 alias is required
- If the carrier authenticates your account by fixed IP address, the technical prefix
assigned to your account
- The required dialling pattern (eg. "00 + country + number" or "country +
number")
You may also send us any other information you consider relevant. We will contact
you when we have tested the interconnection. This can take up to two working days. |
