If you have the Daily Calls Table in view, a new time period can be added to the current day using the Intervals | New command on the main menu. The new time period will be seen as a blank row appended to the table. The row is ready for the entry of a new call volume figure in its yellow Calls cell or a new agent number in its Agents cell. You can cancel the addition of a new by pressing the Escape key.
