| Our calling rates are reviewed at least once a month and are available online. Rate tables will sent to all
customers regularly by email. 44Mobile calls are rated on a per second basis (1/1)
to all destinations. Individual call costs are rounded up to the nearest USD 0.001
increment. |

| We require prepayments from all customers. We accept payments by
Wire Transfer to our UK bank or by Western Union Quick Pay and, subject to approval, by
credit card or PayPal. The minimum payment is $200. Discounts are offered for
any payments of $500 and above.

| V.A.T. (sales tax) will be removed at the current rate from all payments
received from U.K. customers. V.A.T. may apply to customers in other European Union
countries. |

| We reserve the right to gap your calls if we detect the high volumes of
unconnected calls generally associated with badly configured autodiallers. This
means, for example, that we may refuse all connections from you within 50ms of receiving
your previous call attempt. |
